What would restitution be when my insurance is paying medicals?

"i have had a brand new health  insurance    plan since Jan. 1st"I am looking at buying a BMW 525 I for my first automobile (2003). I really dont wanna spend all the cash on  insurance   so I wish to no how much it'll be for my vehicle
